We are family - We are Khang Thanh | Happy Day 2019

Team building is an important activity aimed at strengthening the unity and bond between members, contributing to the development of the corporate culture. In 2019, the Happy Day program with the theme We Are Family brought together more than 200 members of the Khang Thanh for a meaningful and memorable trip to Ham Thuan Nam, Phan Thiet, Vietnam.

On the first day, the team building activities were lively, with an energy boost and random team assignments. Then, the teams participated in various challenges, including controlling remote-controlled cars, balancing bridges, overcoming obstacles, climbing a pyramid, and conquering the summit together.

Team building is a series of interconnected challenges where the Khang Thanh members experience entirely new things and look in the same direction.

The teams had to overcome many challenges and difficulties, from members of different departments and jobs... all came together with a strong belief that they can create a strong team: We Are Family.

The highlight of the day was a Gala Dinner full of elegance and warmth. Here, employees had the opportunity to socialize, chat and connect with each other. In addition, the program also featured outstanding performances prepared and performed by the employees themselves.

Through Happy Day 2019, everyone felt united, creating high efficiency in communication. Besides, it created a fun space and encouraged morale, and motivation for each department's individuals. From there, everyone is connected, bringing out the team spirit of Khang Thanh to conquer upcoming goals.
