Khang Thanh organizes training for fire prevention and rescue plan 2023
On April 20, 2023, Khang Thanh Manufacturing CO., LTD collaborated with the Dong Nai Police Department’s Fire Fighting and Prevention Division to organize a training course on fire prevention and rescue for all employees.
The training content includes various knowledge such as the position, role, nature, and importance of fire prevention and rescue work, basic knowledge about fire, explosion, and legal documents related to fire prevention and rescue work.
After the training, the company conducted a simulation exercise of a hypothetical fire and rescue situation. The simulated scenario involved a fire outbreak in the production area of Khang Thanh due to negligence in the use of fire. The fire spread rapidly from the operating rooms and floors due to flammable materials such as paper, cardboard, and paper products (paper boxes, paper bags etc.).

After the simulation exercise, the representative of the Fire Police organized a meeting to evaluate the situation and draw lessons from the incident. Issues raised include:

Immediately after the fire was detected, the Khang Thanh firefighting team acted quickly and followed the appropriate procedures. At the same time, the rescue team searched and moved trapped victims out of the fire to receive medical attention.
Upon receiving the fire report, the Fire Prevention, Fighting and Rescue Police Department, mobilized two specialized fire engines and officers to reach the fire area quickly.
