Nowadays, labor safety is not only an important factor in ensuring employees’ health but also a criterion for assessing businesses' responsibility. For that reason, Khang Thanh Manufacturing Company organized First Aid Training course in 2024 to improve workers' awareness and skills.

Organizing regular First Aid Training, in addition to the purpose of complying with legal regulations, Khang Thanh also aims to accomplish 3 goals:

The training begins by introducing the basic principles of first aid, including how to approach and assess a victim's condition, call for emergency help, and basic first aid measures. Besides, the course also focuses on specific practical skills such as:
- Artificial respiration (CPR): Detailed instructions on how to perform artificial respiration to maintain life for cardiac or respiratory arrest victims.
- Hemostasis: The skill of stopping bleeding for open wounds and deep cuts, helping to prevent excessive blood loss before receiving medical treatment.
- Wound dressing: How to properly bandage wounds to protect the injured area and prevent infection.
- First aid for burns: Techniques for treating burns to minimize damage and pain for the victim.
