​Fire fighting and emergency rescue training 2024

The annual Fire Fighting and Emergency Rescue Training program at Khang Thành Packaging Company in Dong Nai province is crucial for keeping our employees safe and well-prepared.
 
This training is not just theoretical; it provides individuals with the practical skills and knowledge needed to effectively handle emergencies.   
It starts with essential basic knowledge, including the roles and importance of fire prevention and fighting, and relevant legal documents.

Then, participants engage in practical exercises, including using essential equipment such as hoses and fire extinguishers. Each member demonstrates flexibility and good coordination when dealing with simulated scenarios.
   
During the training, we conduct scenario-based drills in the production area of the Khang Thành factory. These drills simulate real-life situations, such as fires spreading rapidly from office spaces and floors due to highly combustible materials like paper packaging products.

The company's Fighting Team, following established procedures, conducts rescue and initial first aid for victims, showcasing their preparedness and efficiency.
   
Following the drill session, representatives from the Fire Prevention and Control Police Department of Dong Nai province meet to assess the situation and propose preventive measures for all employees.
   
This training helps Khang Thành employees enhance their understanding and awareness of fire prevention and control activities. It equips them with the hands-on experience to handle emergencies proactively and effectively.
   
In addition to this training, we organize various other activities and events, such as first aid training, occupational safety, team building, a Tet Party, etc. These activities are crucial in building a safe and professional working environment at Khang Thành.
