Fire Drill And Rescue Training at Khang Thanh Packaging Company
On October 12, 2019, Khang Thanh Packaging Company, in collaboration with the Fire Prevention and Fighting Police of Dong Nai Province, organized a "Training and rehearsing the fire prevention and rescue plan" for more than 150 staff to improve their skills in using fire-fighting equipment and organizing rescue.
"At the factory of Khang Thanh Company (Lot 230, Street 5, Amata Industrial Park, Dong Nai), a fire was detected where many workers were working during working hours; mobilize and organize emergency guidance; search and rescue people trapped in the fire safely, provide first aid for the injured; use fire protection equipment on site to control the fire.”
Considering Khang Thanh - a paper packaging company - has a lot of flammable materials that can spread the fire quickly, the firefighting team immediately contacted a professional firefighting team to assist. After nearly 10 minutes of fighting, the fire was completely extinguished.
The drills have raised Khang Thanh leaders' and employees' awareness and responsibility for fire prevention and fighting. At the same time improves the effectiveness of coordination between professional firefighting forces and on-site firefighting when incidents occur.

- Common causes of major fires and handling measures
- Firefighting process, fire escape procedure
- Introduce, guide and check fire prevention and fighting equipment such as steering wheel and fire hose
