Away Day 2019: Think Big - Do Bigger
In July 2019, the Khang Thanh packaging company organized a special Away Day program on Binh Ba Island with the theme "Think Big - Do Bigger". The special feature of this team-building program was the train ride, a new and exciting experience for most of the office staff of Khang Thanh.

The team took a train from Bien Hoa station to Nha Trang station and then continued by canoe to Binh Ba Island, considered one of the famous tourist destinations in Khanh Hoa province as it still retains its pristine and pure nature. This journey brought a new and exciting feeling and helped the members relax and enjoy nature's beauty.
During the trip, the members had the opportunity to experience interesting activities such as fishing, canoeing, jeep riding around the island, and enjoying local seafood such as lobster, clams, and scallops. This was also a great opportunity for the members to experience the unique culinary culture of the local area and strengthen the team spirit.

One of the highlights of Away Day 2019 was the team-building activities held at the Ca beach, Binh Ba. The specially designed games, such as energy relay, bridge building, and off-road riding, required the participating teams to demonstrate creativity, agility, and teamwork to overcome obstacles. In addition, this activity also encouraged unity, teamwork, and understanding among the Khang Thanh members.

At the end of the day, over 40 Khang Thanh members had a wonderful Gala Dinner. In the sparkling lights and open space, everyone immersed themselves in the beautiful scenery, delicious food, internal art performances, and the exciting melody of the acoustic band.

Furthermore, one of the must-try activities on the island was night fishing. Under the enthusiastic guidance of local fishermen, the members enthusiastically experienced and showed their fishing skills - a task that required perseverance and agility.
The Away Day trip brought meaningful and beneficial experiences to the members, contributing to the unique corporate culture of Khang Thanh.
